Refund Policy - the basics

Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.

At Munjie (Grilled Pineapple Pet Products B.V.), we want you and your pets to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Perishable products (such as opened snack packs) cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@munjie.com within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@munjiethedog.com with your order number.

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship your product back to us (address provided during authorization).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used food products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
