Processing Time

Orders are processed and delivered the next business day in NL is shipped before 15:00 a
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship only within the Netherlands, Belgium,

Netherlands: Standard delivery 24 hours
Belgium : Standard delivery 1-2 business days
Rest of World: Currently not available (coming soon)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum order value (Netherlands and Belgium only).

Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will assist you in resolving any issues.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. Munjie is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses. Reshipping costs may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit:

Contact us at contact@munjiethedog.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no extra cost.
