Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, and wider EU.

Netherlands: Standard delivery 2–4 business days
Belgium & EU: Standard delivery 3–7 business days
Rest of World: Currently not available (coming soon)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over €25 (Netherlands only).

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this link to track your order in real time.

Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will assist you in resolving any issues.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. Munjie is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses. Reshipping costs may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit:

Contact us at contact@munjiethedog.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no extra cost.
